Tracy Franks

Founder and President

Tracy Franks 20 plus years working in information technology combined with his ?? years spent serving in the US Navy, culminated in Tech-Payments.

When he returned from Afghanistan in late 2015, Tracy saw a void in the credit card payments sector and “decided to try a little experiment.” Tech-Payments was launched to meet the need for secure solutions with best-in-class systems and customer-centric service and support.

Tracy’s experience working with Cisco Routing & Switching, and his work with Microsoft on server infrastructure contributed to his keen eye for prioritizing security. As a retired Lieutenant Commander is the US Navy, Tracy is comfortable with hard work and dedication in service to others.

In fact, it is Tracy’s belief that his client’s problems are also his own. He strives to ensure all clients retain 100% uptime for all business-critical systems because he understands that downtime equates to lost revenue, and loss of trust.

Tracy is married to Monica. Both Veterans, they travel often, explore the outdoors, and enjoy flipping homes with Monica’s mother Maria Bartlow. Tracy and Monica have three dogs: Coco, Nefertiti, and Cleopatra.

  • From his military training, Tracy understands better than most the importance of teamwork. When you serve, everyone goes through the same training. From day one a trusted team is formed which builds sometimes subtle, always crucial communication skills. You cannot be an effective team member without stellar communication and it’s not just about transmitting information, it’s also about having the necessary attention to detail to receive information.

  • Monica Franks

    Monica Franks, also a Veteran, has significant experience in Information Technology. Her strengths lie in systems and applications which provides a complimentary skill to Tracy’s infrastructure experience; their combined efforts are useful in accomplishing client’s goals. In addition to her tech skills and support, through her outreach efforts, Monica is instrumental in strengthening relationships with our clients.

  • Maria Bartlow

    Maria Bartlow is all about relationship management. She brings extensive experience from multiple roles she’s played both personally and professionally. Her focus is addressing the needs of current clients as well as developing relationships with new and prospective clients. Because of Maria’s phenomenal support and service, to date we can claim a 100% retention rate of all our accounts in Northern California.

  • Quincy Washington

    Quincy Washington is a mixed media artist. His abilities provide support for both new and existing clients that have branding or marketing requirements. Whether it’s refreshing dated digital media, or developing marketing and branding concepts, Quincy’s unique skills are another example of how Tech-Payments is indispensable for clients.
